Position Overview

We're seeking a passionate Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You'll create engaging content, manage our online presence, and help build our brand community while driving growth and engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and values
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
  • Engage with our community, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with followers
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and report on ROI
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing social media assets
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and content scheduling platforms
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging content ideas
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and emerging platforms
  • Experience in the tech/EdTech industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for remote work
